BITTER GOURD AND CARROT JUICE





This is a very healthy drink.Having a glass of this juice early morning in empty stomach is good for health.


INGREDIENTS


Bitter gourd-------------2 tbsp,seed removed,chopped
Carrot--------------------2 tbsp,chopped
Lemon/lime juice------ 1/2 tsp (optional)
Water---------------------1 1/2 cups
Salt------------------------to taste


METHOD

  1. Grind bitter gourd and carrot in a juicer.Add about 1 1/2 cups water for grinding.
  2. Filter it through a sieve.
  3. Add needed salt to it.You can also add about 1/2 tsp lemon/lime juice to it if needed.This reduces the raw bitter taste of bitter gourd.
  4. Enjoy this healthy drink.
