CHICKEN 65

INGREDIENTS:

Boneless, skinless chicken ----------cut in small pieces about 1 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste-------------------- 2 tbsp
Lemon/ Lime juice---------------------- 1 tsp
Red chilly powder ----------------------  2 tsp or to taste
Garam masala powder-----------------  1/2 tsp
Corn flour--------------------------------   1 tbsp
All purpose flour (Maida)------------   1tbsp
Beaten egg ------------------------------   1/2 of one egg
Red food colour ------------------------ a pinch (optional)
Green chilly------------------------------ 1 or 2 sliced lengthwise
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

METHOD:
  1. In a bowl, mix maida , corn flour,red chilly powder, garam masala powder and needed salt.
  2. Then add egg and lime juice and make it to a thick batter.
  3. Apply ginger garlic paste and salt in chicken pieces .
  4.  Add the chicken pieces to the batter. Check the seasonings.
  5. Marinate the chicken pieces in the batter in refrigerator for overnight.
  6. Now heat oil in a vessel and fry the chicken pieces.
  7. Fry the green chillies and add it in top of fried chicken pieces.
  8. Sprinkle lemon/lime juice on it & serve hot.
